IFLR1000 has released its first ever rankings of US law firms at a state level.
While IFLR1000 has researched and covered the US since 1990 at a nationwide level, this is its first analysis of the financial and corporate law markets within the states.
25 states are featured in IFLR’s core practice areas of banking, capital markets, M&A and restructuring/insolvency.
Additionally, IFLR has compiled a list of the top attorneys in the US, with rankings split between national level and state level.
IFLR has put its rankings and coverage together on the basis of interviews with law firms and clients, and deal submissions from hundreds of US law firms.
Firms were interviewed over the phone and in person in states like Florida, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota and Pennsylvania.
US researcher Kurt Stumpo:
“As a publication that prides itself on its in-depth coverage of transactional legal markets, we felt the time was right for a more in-depth look at the individual state markets in the United States.
IFLR1000 United States provides rankings and insight into the top financial and corporate law firms in locations as diverse as North Carolina, Minnesota and Washington.”
