University of California Professor Tries to Navigate Avvo

University of California - Hastings College of The Law2
Richard Zitrin, a professor at University of California – Hastings (pictured), a lawyer at San Francisco’s Carlson, Calladine & Peterson, and the author of several books on legal ethics, has written a piece for The Recorder/Law.com – Avvo Has Your Number. But What Does It Mean? – on his experiences of the legal directory, Avvo.

Avvo’s 2014 Lawyernomics Conference

Talking of Avvo, the speaker line up for this year’s Lawyernomics conference looks pretty good.

The entrance fee is a reasonable $449, and the event is now stretched over three days – April 23-25 2014, in Las Vegas.

I haven’t attended this event before but I might be tempted one of these days.
