The BTI consultancy has released its latest survey of the best brands in the legal sector.
Rated by corporate counsel, the podium places went to Skadden (top three years in a row), Kirkland & Ellis, and Latham & Watkins.
The following firms featured again this year after scoring best on brand indicators: Baker & McKenzie, DLA Piper, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Hogan Lovells, Jones Day, Mayer Brown, McGuireWoods, Morgan Lewis, Morrison & Foerster, Norton Rose Fulbright, Reed Smith, Seyfarth Shaw, Sidley Austin, Sullivan & Cromwell, and Wachtell Lipton.
While the following were newly added to the list this year: Alston & Bird, Faegre Baker & Daniels, Foley & Lardner, Greenberg Traurig, Jenner & Block, K&L Gates, Littler Mendelson and McDermott Will & Emery.

Above The Law made a comparison between the BTI findings and a similar study by Acritas earlier this year that listed the top three law firm brands as Skadden Arps, Jones Day, and Kirkland & Ellis.
As ATL noted, Skadden and Kirkland made the top three on both lists.
