Skadden has topped the latest survey by the BTI consultancy that measures the levels of client service at law firms.
Although, at the same time, the New York-based giant is also named as the most arrogant firm.
(I’m not sure whether this is a bad thing or not?)

This ranking forms part of the broader BTI Client Service A-Team 2014 report, in which corporate counsel surveyed 336 different law firms on a range of indicators.
BTI is a longstanding provider of market research for professional services firms, and has conducted a number surveys into law firms over the years.
The Massachusetts-based company was founded in 1989 by Michael Rynowecer.
A widely publicized report into the way in which clients use legal directories and online lawyer profiles was published by BTI in 2011.
