No, it’s not an April Fool prank by cheeky legal marketers seeking to stem the tide of directory submissions.
Both the Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 websites were down on Wednesday, April 1, after a huge fire in central London led to power cuts and forced businesses to evacuate their offices.
The two legal publishers, both now based in the Holborn district after Legal 500 relocated in 2014 and Chambers moved from its colorful Art Deco office in Smithfield a few years ago, were affected by the blaze.
How can we get in touch with Chambers? It’s been over a week and still no website, internet or phone connectivity.
