LexisNexis Acquires Asian Information Provider LegalStudio

Legal research and publishing heavyweight LexisNexis has bought the Asian legal information provider, LegalStudio.

LegalStudio is well known in China and offers daily legal news, articles, commentaries, newsletters, contract templates, and a case database, for legal professionals in corporations and law firms.
