I was recently invited by CPDCast to contribute two podcasts on the subject of legal directories.
Entitled “Legal Directories: A Useful Tool or Waste of Time?”, the two podcasts are each around 30 minutes long, and cover ways in which law firms can get the best out of legal directories.
CPDCast, part of the Informa Group, is a UK-based service producing and distributing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) podcasts for legal professionals.
Launched in 2007, CPDCast is accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Bar Standards Board and the Institute of Legal Executives and allow solicitors, barristers and other legal professionals to fulfil their annual CPD requirements by listening to professionally-recorded podcasts.
Part One can be found here.
CPDCast does make a charge for its podcasts.
There are different pricing options including paying for podcasts individually, or taking out a subscription to enable multiple downloads; however the company does offer a free introductory podcast.
