A new Australian legal matching site LawPath aims to connect businesses with specialist lawyers.
The new start-up offers 30 minutes of time with an Australian lawyer for just AUD 29 or 30 mins with a lawyer anywhere in world for AUD 69.
Subscribers can pay to ask a single legal question or sign up to a plan which allows three questions per month.
Within two business days of submitting your question, LawPath tells you which lawyer has the expertise to assist.
Participating lawyers do not have to pay a fee.
LawPath reminds me of increasingly popular US sites like LawDingo and LawZam.
The brains behind LawPath are technology company Pollenzier and co-founders Paul Lupson and Phil Morle.
Paul Lupson says
Hi Lloyd,
Paul the CEo from LawPath here. Thanks for the piece on us here, I just wanted to let you and your readers know it is now totally free to ask legal questions on LawPath.
We have made the service free to the user and transferred the small cost across to the lawyer, making our service even more attractive to use.
Up to 12 legal questions per day are arriving via lawpath.com.au currently, and we have close to 100 specialist quality lawyers signed up to answer our clients questions.
Having nearly 100 lawyers in Australia onboard allows us to connect our users to the right lawyer with relevant experience related to their issue.
Best regards
Paul
