IFLR1000 – complete with new logo (above) – has kicked off its 2015 legal directory research process.
Law firms with active corporate and finance practices should make a note of this year’s deadline for the return of submissions and client references: April 11 2014.
As a reminder, IFLR1000 covers the following areas:
- Banking and finance
- Capital markets
- Competition
- Financial services regulatory
- Investment funds
- M&A and private equity
- Restructuring and insolvency
The good news for firms is that IFLR1000 is happy to accept submissions using either IFLR’s standardized form, or their own format.

IFLR recently published an eBook – the IFLR1000 Leading Lawyers Guide 2014 – which has biographies of almost 1,000 financial lawyers that were highlighted by clients and peers during the most recent IFLR1000 research process.

Nominations for this year’s IFLR European awards have been announced.

Among the changes this year is a new “rising stars” award category that recognizes a leading senior associate in each of the deal categories.
The awards take place at the Dorchester in London on Thursday, April 3 2014.
