The US directory season is upon us again.
Chambers today announced its 2015-16 research schedule – this time a bit earlier than in previous years to give firms plenty of notice.
Some sections in the schedule will likely change over time, but the current running order should give you a good basis on which to get your directories program organized.
The first submission deadline is June 8 2015, with the remaining deadlines following on the first working day of subsequent months.
Some new sections this year:
- Nationwide: Startups & Emerging Companies
- Nationwide: Mediators
- Maryland: IP
- Massachusetts: Insurance
- Pennsylvania: Tax
- Wisconsin: Banking & Finance
The new edition of the directory is published May 19 2015.
I did a piece this time last year about how law firms could organize themselves for the Chambers USA season.
Some of that information still holds for this year.
But remember that this year Chambers has rolled out a new standard submission template, which it is asking all firms to use.
