Junior research staff turn over fairly rapidly at Chambers & Partners, but editors tend to stick around a bit longer.
Chambers USA has only had a handful of editors since it was first published in 2002, but it now has a new one – Laura Mills.
Ms. Mills replaces Dana Seay, who is leaving the world of legal publishing.
According to Chambers’ announcement:
Laura is a native of Buffalo, New York, and has worked at Chambers for over three years, most recently as Deputy Editor of our Global guide. Before that, she worked on Chambers USA, Chambers Asia and Chambers Global.
Prior to joining us, Laura graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in History and Middle Eastern Studies, and from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, with an MA in Near & Middle Eastern Studies.”
