Best Lawyers–U.S. News 2014 Survey Published

Best Lawyers and U.S. News and World Report have published the 2014 edition of their annual law firm survey – Best Law Firms

This year, 11,000 firms in 120 practice areas have been listed.

The listed firms are active in 170 metropolitan areas and eight states

Now in its fourth year, the survey was launched in September 2010, and has gone on to become one of the key law firm rankings in the US.

Separately, Best Lawyers released the 2014 editions of The Best Lawyers in America, and The Best Lawyers in Canada, in August 2013.

The 2014 edition of Best Lawyers was based on nearly 5 million evaluations of lawyers by other lawyers, and includes 50,834 attorneys in 134 practice areas.

Best Lawyers has also recently launched number of new initiatives, including an area of its website where law firms can post articles.
