For anyone seeking to launch an online legal directory, the domain name attorneylistings.com is available to buy for $3,750
Individuals and companies selling legal directory domain names approach me from time to time to see whether I or anyone I know is interested in buying them.
The vendor in this case is a New York-based businessman, Bruce Breger, the founder of dotcom brokerage, BeforeTheDot, and several other businesses.
BeforeTheDot specializes in generic domain names in the real estate, mortgage, and legal industries.
Bruce is confident that the investment would pay off:
“A small investment in a memorable domain would quickly pay for itself thanks to the huge amount of new visitors that it will bring to your future website or existing project, with no need to waste thousands of dollars behind long and expensive ad campaigns. In the hands of someone who can build and market, the revenue potential is unlimited.”
Any budding legal marketers or internet entrepreneurs keen to take on the domain should contact bruce@brucebreger.com

Lloyd, do you think there is still enough room for a simple generic attorney listing website to start? Or do you think it would need to somehow find a unique niche in the attorney directory market?
Lloyd Pearson says
Personally speaking, my focus and interest is more on specialist directories that tell you something about a particular type of legal practice/lawyer, whether that be a segment of the market, country, region, or industry sector, or combination of these things; but, that said, I think there is room in the market (remember the legal market is huge) for these types of sites, and I’m sure a talented internet marketer could make a go of this. I thought it was helpful to let people know.

Hi Lloyd,
Thank you very much for the article. We have received a few offers on the low side, so what we are doing today is anyone who is interested to submit their best offer on the domain name. They can submit their offer to the email address that is in the article.
