Submission Reminder: IFLR1000 2017-18

IFLR1000 has announced the details of its 2017-18 round of research.

For those who know IFLR, the research timetable follows a familiar pattern.

Submissions are due on April 7 2017, and the new volume is published in October 2017

Sam Duke remains editor.

IFLR1000 focuses on financial and corporate transactional work within the following key practice areas:

  • Banking and finance (banking, financial restructuring, project finance)
  • Capital markets (debt, derivatives, equity, structured finance and securitization)
  • Corporate and M&A (M&A and private equity)
  • Project development
  • Restructuring and insolvency

As an adjunct to the regular directory, one notable change this year is that IFLR1000 has launched a new deal database.

Released in November 2016, the product is a searchable database of deal records from over 120 countries.

Each deal record includes details of the law firms and lawyers involved, links to related deals in the same area of practice or industry, and market analysis.

Users can filter by client, practice, industry, and which firms and lawyers worked on the deal.
