BTI Consulting has revealed that there are four law firms that in-house counsel fear seeing on the other side in a litigation case.
Jones Day, Kirkland & Ellis, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom were named the “Fearsome Foursome” in BTI’s latest report, called Litigation Outlook 2015.
The survey also found that 60% of corporate counsel have replaced one of their core law firms in the last 18 months.
