Last month we posted that Legal Week and the Corporate Counsel Middle East Group had announced details of their second annual Middle East awards.
Well now the shortlists are out.
The 15-award list includes law firms, in-house lawyers, and legal departments in the Middle East.
John Malpas, Legal Week publisher, said in an announcement that entries for this year’s awards were up by almost a third on last year’s inaugural awards.
The Middle East Law Firm of the Year category features Al Tamimi & Company, Galadari & Associates, Habib Al Mulla, Hadef & Partners and KBH Kaanuun.
A judging panel is due to meet in late April 2013 to pick the winners.
The chosen few will be revealed at a ceremony in Dubai on May 16 2013.
