A few recent developments at UK online lawyer directory Access Solicitor:
Access Solicitor has formed a partnership with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, covering content, membership verification, search, and promotion.
Under the arrangement, Access Solicitor will promote APIL’s personal injury legal guides and collect accreditation information published by lawyers.
Secondly, Access Solicitor has entered into a cooperation with the online complaint handling website, Resolver, to address the issue of lawyers not properly handling client complaints.
Resolver’s tool, which aims to help clients overcome barriers to complaining, will be integrated into the Access Solicitor technology to help lawyers differentiate themselves.
AccessSolicitor.com was launched in August 2013 and now includes more than 20,000 UK-based legal professionals – 6,000 of which feature enhanced information.
