The 2013 edition of the Legal 500 EMEA is available today – Wednesday, March 27 2013 – on the Legal 500 website.
For those looking to get organized for the next edition – it always comes around quicker than you think – the submission deadline is likely to be mid-August 2013.
In 2012, for example, the client reference deadline was August 6 2012 and the editorial submission deadline was one week later on August 13 2012.
Of all the legal directories, Legal 500 is one of the most regular and predictable with research schedules, so we can assume they will stick to the same timetable this year.
Firm interviews are conducted from late August through September, and into October, although this varies from country to country, depending on the schedule of individual researchers.
A list of researchers is usually published in late August; you can then contact the particular person responsible for your country.
